My Mission
I coach from the trenches, not an ivory tower. Over the past 30 years I’ve been hired, laid off, promoted, and flat‑out fired. I’ve thrived at blue‑chip giants like Coca‑Cola, JP Morgan, and Deloitte—and walked away when the fit was wrong. When no corporate door felt open, I built my own: launching a staffing agency that grew onto the Inc. 5000 list three years running. Each pivot taught me hard‑won lessons about purpose, resilience, and the real rules of hiring that never appear on job boards.
My mission is to pass those lessons on to you. I help career changers and job seekers sidestep the missteps I made, uncover their unique strengths, and navigate the market with insider HR strategies and entrepreneurial grit. Together we turn uncertainty into momentum—so your next step isn’t just another job, but a role that finally feels like home.
“Do not judge me by my successes; judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again.”— Nelson Mandela
